The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (FSC) welcomes the publication of the 39th edition of the Global Financial Centres Index (GFCI) by Z/Yen Group released on 26th March 2026.

These Rules may be cited as the Financial Services (Financial Services (Family Office) Rules 2020) (Revocation) Rules 2026.

Section 5 (1)(d) of the Financial Services Act 2007 (FSA) provides for the FSC “to study new avenues for development in the financial services sector, to respond to new challenges and to take full advantage of new opportunities for achieving economic sustainability and job creation.”

The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (“the FSC”) is issuing the Guidelines on Frequency of Customer Due Diligence (“the Guidelines”) under Section 7(1)(a) of the Financial Services Act and Section 17E (2) of the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act (“the FIAMLA”).
